LEMO’ LIMONCELLO

A sweet liqueur made from an infusion of lemon peel to a traditional Amalfi recipe. The lemon peel is the most important ingredient because it contains essential oils that give the distinct flavour to the liqueur. It should be served icy cold after meals as an excellent digestive.
